Megan joined the Australian Calisthenics Federation Board in April 2024 as Director of Governance and Co-Director of Marketing, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the sport. With an extensive background as a participant, coach, parent, costume maker, skills examiner, and cadet adjudicator, she has developed a broad and holistic understanding of calisthenics. Her contributions as a South Australian State Team Member, National Assistant Coach, and National Costume Coordinator have equipped her with valuable insights into both the artistic and operational aspects of the sport. Additionally, Megan’s club-level roles as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary have strengthened her leadership and governance capabilities.
In October 2024, Megan transitioned into the role of National Operations Manager, where she leads the Federation’s operational delivery and supports the implementation of ACF’s strategic priorities. Drawing on both her extensive calisthenics experience and her professional expertise in HR, finance, and administration, Megan is responsible for strengthening systems, improving organisational capability, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and sustainable operations nationwide. She is committed to building clarity, alignment, and trust across the sport, with collaboration, effective communication, and strategic marketing playing a key role in uniting and advancing the ACF and its members.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of business and governance, Megan excels at identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. Her focus is on building a resilient, future-ready organisation that supports participants, officials, and volunteers at every level. She is proud to contribute to the ongoing success and evolution of calisthenics — a sport she shares with her daughter and holds close to her heart.

This background has strengthened her ability to collaborate effectively, manage competing priorities, and deliver structured, high-quality outcomes.
Calisthenics has been part of Kelsee’s life from an early age. She competed for multiple years in the Sub Junior and Junior sections, whilst her mother’s involvement in the sport for over 20 years, including participation in the first national competitions, fostered a lifelong connection and appreciation for the sport and community.
