The ACF State Team National Championships is everything you love about ACF Nationals — and more!
Held biennially, this flagship event brings together State Teams from across Australia to compete on the national stage in a vibrant celebration of teamwork, excellence, and community.
The ACF State Team National Championships marks a bold new chapter in national competition — one that amplifies opportunity, celebrates our sport, and redefines what it means to represent your State on the national stage.
ACF is expanding team competition opportunities at the national level, creating a powerful new platform where more performers — from Sub-Juniors to Seniors — can shine. This is more than an event; it’s the foundation of a vibrant, future-focused national team experience that champions excellence, connection, and pride.
A tiered grading structure will ensure competitive parity and meaningful participation for all States, opening the door to the prestigious “ACF Nationals” experience for more performers than ever before.
The first State Team National Championships in this new format will debut in July 2027 — and it’s set to be a landmark moment for the sport.
In 2027, the event will be held in conjunction with the ACF National SDT Titles, creating a dynamic week of national competition that showcases both team and solo performances. This unified format brings together participants from across the country in a shared spirit of achievement, connection, and celebration.
The host location for this milestone event is currently being finalised. ACF is exploring a range of exciting possibilities to ensure the venue reflects the prestige, scale, and spirit of this national celebration.
Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share more as plans unfold.
