Meet the ACF Team!

MT

Megan Taylor – National Operations Manager.

Megan joined the Australian Calisthenics Federation Board in April 2024 as Director of Governance and Co-Director of Marketing, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the sport. With an extensive background as a participant, coach, parent, costume maker, skills examiner, and writer, she has developed a broad and holistic understanding of calisthenics. Her contributions as a South Australian State Team Member, National Assistant Coach, and National Costume Coordinator have equipped her with valuable insights into both the artistic and operational aspects of the sport. Additionally, Megan’s club-level roles as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary have strengthened her leadership and governance capabilities.

In her transition to the role of National Operations Manager, Megan will leverage not only her rich calisthenics experience but also her professional expertise in HR, Finance, and Administration. She is driven by a passion for streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring policy compliance. Megan is committed to fostering a transparent and collaborative environment, where clear communication and proactive marketing will play a key role in uniting and advancing the ACF and its members.

With a keen eye for detail and a well-rounded understanding of business operations, Megan excels at identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Her dedication to building a strong, cohesive foundation for the future of the sport is unwavering, and she looks forward to contributing to the continued success and evolution of calisthenics, a sport she shares with her daughter and holds close to her heart.
