NCEF Delivery Structure

ACF Announces New National Competition Delivery Structure Under the NCEF

As part of the continued rollout of the National Competition & Event Framework (NCEF), the Australian Calisthenic Federation is evolving the way national competitions are structured and delivered.

Over the past 18 months, the delivery of ACC25, the AMG Masters event, and the implementation of the NCEF has highlighted the significant growth in scale and complexity of ACF’s competition program.

To support this growth sustainably, the Board has endorsed a refined competition delivery structure that separates strategic leadership from event-specific operational delivery, providing dedicated coordination for each cornerstone national event.

Under the updated structure, ACF will appoint an NCEF Lead to provide strategic and governance oversight, supported by four Competition Heads for each cornerstone event and a centralised Event Administration Officer.

As part of the updated structure, Di Treagus will continue her involvement in national competition delivery as Head of Masters Competitions and Events, overseeing both Pan Pacific Masters Games and Australian Masters Games events, and remaining a member of the NCEF Steering Committee.

These roles form part of ACF’s Elevate 28! Strategic Plan, focused on building sustainable national capability, strengthening governance, and supporting consistent delivery of high-quality competitions across Australia.

Applications for the NCEF Lead and Competition Coordinator roles open on Friday 23 January. Position descriptions will be available on the ACF website careers page.
